The hotel is located in a beautiful old hacienda, surrounded by lovely gardens and a refreshing swimming pool. the dining room and lounge are comfortable and inviting. the staff, although they don't speak English fluently, go above and beyond to assist guests, even arranging a reliable taxi service for airport transfers and day trips to nearby attractions like the coffee estate and Cocora Valley. the breakfast offers a delightful selection of fresh fruits and locally-sourced coffee.

Great location with beautiful grounds and pool. The hotel has an old-world charm that adds to the overall experience. The staff, although they didn't speak English, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us. They even organized a fantastic taxi driver, Walter, who took us on some amazing trips to explore the coffee estate and the stunning Cocora Valley and Salento.
